3 Wedding Weekend!

Last weekend we had 3 weddings........all with lovely couples. Steve and I covered two of those weddings and Laura our associate the other. It was hectic but great! I am a little behind with the edits and the posting here since I been sick for the past week, but keep an eye out for more photos to come soon.

Today is MY day to take a break and just play........I am always happy when I can give my artistic side free run...........
Lilacs are one of my favorite flowers and I took this photo on one of my trips to Germany a few years back. It took a while for me to do to the photo what I had wanted to do, today was finally the day :)

Waterfall Trash the Dress Sessions!

One of my favorite times of summer are the Trash the Dress Sessions. They are always so much fun, specially if we have such a sweet and romantic couple as Jennifer and Billy were. Usually we do the sessions months before or after the wedding, but this year we have one the day after the wedding. I can't wait...... :)

Franklin, NC is known for their gems.....

Franklin has always been known for their gems......but Jodi from  "rik-see Photography" is the biggest gem
that Franklin has. Photographing babies and children is such a special art and Jodi truly has the feeling for those little guys. Her photos are so special and the way she captures the spirit of the children is magical. I am very careful when I recommend another photographer.......I really, really have to love somebodies work and I LOVE Jodi's work.
Her family sessions are equally beautiful......I don't think she can ever do anything that is not.
